A woman in California is getting lots of attention for filming 100 days of workouts and becoming an inspiration to others.
ABC News reports:
A California woman who took on the #giveit100 challenge, promising to film 100 days of workouts, lost 18 pounds and became a viral sensation in the process.
LaKeisha Shurn, of Berkeley, Calif., worked out for 100 days straight and filmed each of those workouts as part of the challenge, which calls on people to try something new and record a 10-second daily video of their progress.
“I have low self-esteem. I am going through depression, and I want to change all of that,” Shurn, 32, says in her first video. “I want you to see how one person really changes everything about their life.”
